Polyunion Industrial Ltd. was established in 1989 at China, which is proceeding by our Taiwan area co***ny (SIN YO TEXTILE FACTORY CO., LTD) that was set in 1976. We mainly produce various webbing products, including PP webbing, elastic band, nylon webbing, cotton webbing, jacquard webbing, cords and so on. Moreover, we have set our self-owned PP yarn factory to guarantee the quality of PP yarn and efficiency. The webbing products we supply to are handbags industry, garments industry and sport products industry. Moreover, we have the ability to develop the customer£ªs own design of webbing to satisfy the clients requests.
The raw material that we used includes PP yarn, polyester yarn, acrylic, cotton, nylon and spun polyester. Our quality has been certified by ISO 9001. The daily production is more than one million four hundred thousand yards. In order to cut down the customer£ªs cost, our factory have set an assemble department with the common sewing machine, computer sewing machine, ultrasonic machine, eyeleting machine to help the customers do some assemble work.
